for most Tri-Tronics, DT Systems, Dog-Radartron and Dogtra
products. Repair work is by a flat rate fee based on the
e-collar model. Flat rate repair fee includes parts, batteries
as needed, labor and the return shipping in the continental
US. Garmin, Tracker, Wildlife and Innotek products are serviced
by the manufacturer.
